Georgia Tech Wide Receiver Stephen Hill is shooting up draft boards after his combine workout. The 6’4″, 215 lb Hill tied for the fastest 40 time of the WR day with a 4.36, had the best broad jump at 11-1, and had the 4th best vertical leap. Coming into the combine, Hill was likely looked at as a third round pick. after this performance he should easily be in the second round. Why was he stashed away in the third round? Point the finger at a Georgia Tech offense that doesn’t exactly showcase the WR (28 receptions for 820 yards and five TDs in 2011).
